Terms
Terms of Use
Effective 26 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Neverblank website and the Neverblank iPhone app. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s terms and to the Licensed Application End User License Agreement Apple presents, unless a custom EULA for Neverblank is attached in App Store Connect — in which case that custom text is intended to stay consistent with this page.
1. Operator and contact
The service is provided by the operator of Neverblank. Registered identity will appear on the Legal notice page when confirmed.
Contact: support@neverblank.io. Privacy: privacy@neverblank.io.
2. The service
Neverblank is an iPhone interview assistant. It can transcribe a conversation using the device microphone, keep notes and files you add, and draft an answer when you ask, using that conversation and context. It is a writing aid. It is not a lawyer, coach of record, employer, or a party to your interview.
3. Technical requirements
You need a compatible iPhone, a supported iOS version as listed on the App Store page, permission to use the microphone for transcription, and a network connection for generation, subscription checks and restore. Features can fail if permissions are refused, the file cannot be read, the network is unavailable, or a provider is interrupted.
4. You review AI output
Drafts can be incomplete, outdated, biased or wrong. Code can fail. You are responsible for checking anything before you say or submit it. Neverblank does not guarantee factual accuracy, interview performance, or an offer of employment.
5. Permission to transcribe other people
You must have a lawful basis to transcribe the conversation. That can mean informing the other participants, obtaining consent, or complying with the recording and workplace rules that apply where you are. Two-party consent statutes exist in several places. Neverblank cannot judge your interview for you.
6. Documents you submit
Only add notes, CVs and files you have the right to use. Do not upload other people’s confidential documents, employer secrets you are not allowed to share, or content that is unlawful. Extraction can fail; failure is not a breach by itself.
7. Interview, employer and platform rules
Some employers, schools and platforms forbid outside assistance during an interview. You must respect those rules. Using Neverblank where it is prohibited is at your risk and may have consequences we cannot reverse.
8. Your content
You keep whatever rights you already have in your notes, files, transcripts and the drafts produced for you. You grant the operator a limited permission to process that content solely to provide the service you request (including sending it to processors named in the Privacy Policy when you generate an answer) and to secure the service.
9. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, restore, refunds
Paid plans, if offered, are sold as Apple In-App Purchases. Apple shows the price, currency and period. Amounts can vary by storefront. This website does not take payment.
Auto-renewal is managed by Apple. Billing continues until you cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period where Apple so requires.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Restore Purchases reconnects an existing Apple purchase to a reinstall on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.
A limited in-app preview of paid features, if present, is not an Apple free trial. When that preview ends you are not charged unless you separately subscribe.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by a card form on this website. See Support for Apple’s instructions. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” rule: Apple’s process and mandatory consumer law still apply.
10. When paid access ends
If a subscription expires or is cancelled, paid generation and other paid controls can stop. Interview history already saved on the iPhone remains on that device until you delete it, unless a later app version must remove a feature for technical or legal reasons — in which case we will describe that in an update.
11. Availability, changes, termination
We aim to keep the backend available but do not promise uninterrupted generation. Models, routing and features can change. We may suspend abuse, or stop the service with notice on this website when we can. You may stop using the app at any time.
12. Consumer rights, guarantees, withdrawal
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Legal guarantees that cannot be waived still apply.
For digital content and subscriptions purchased through Apple, withdrawal and refund routes are those Apple provides, together with any mandatory cooling-off right that remains available in your country. Immediate performance of digital content can affect withdrawal where the law allows and where you have been informed.
13. Liability
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or your choice to use a draft you have not checked.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app subscription in the twelve months before the claim, or to a reasonable amount for free use, except where mandatory law sets a different floor.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, except that if you are a consumer you also keep the mandatory protections of the country of your habitual residence.
Courts of France have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue or be sued in the courts of their residence. A consumer mediator will be identified on the Legal notice page once the operator is confirmed. The European Commission ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
15. Changes to these terms
Updates are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms, except where mandatory law requires a different mechanism. Material changes will be flagged from the app when a software update ships.
